Lea Kraemer is a Yoga Therapist and director of Prana Mandir Yoga, with extensive training in Ashtanga from K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, Kundalini Kriya Yoga with Ravi Singh, numerous classical Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga trainings in the USA, Tibetan Buddhist teachings from Dharamsala, and Ayurveda training from the DINacharya Institute.
